Yoga Classes
A great class designed for new Mums to bring their baby to. The class focus’s on twists and abdominal work in order to strengthen the core as well as including a deep relaxation, in which both the Mums and babies enjoy.
Suitable from 6 weeks after birth until the baby is crawling.

Pregnancy Yoga Classes
A wonderful time for the expecting mother to practice and be with other expecting women, to feel part of a community and be totally focussed on herself and the baby. Classes are geared towards labour and empowering the mother - no previous experience necessary.

Yoga Classes for 10-14 year olds
This is a great age for developing a yoga practise, providing the tools and space for experiencing stillness whilst supporting physical and mental wellbeing. These classes are designed to build strength, flexibility and encourage confidence in the child’s own ability to learn and progress.

Yoga Beginners Courses
These fun courses build up week by week, introducing you to the basics of yoga postures (asanas), healthy alignment and basic breathing techniques. You will receive personal attention and be encouraged to go at your own pace.
